This includes the development of gain/risk sharing programmes that benefit both parties and ensures successful delivery of all of our projects.
Our partnerships with our customers have not only led to previous projects being completed on-spec and on-time, but have also delivered cost savings throughout the programme. This is achieved through the thorough understanding of the critical project deliverables.
When coupled with our gain/risk sharing agreement, these cost savings are shared by both sides of the partnership and not kept by the contractor as in the traditional supplier-contractor model. This transparency and partnership strategy is where Babcock excels.
